Xero and Anthropic have entered into a collaborative partnership that integrates Claude into Xero’s platform, enhancing the accessibility of financial data from Xero within Claude.ai.

The collaboration is bidirectional, with Claude being integrated into Xero to streamline automated financial workflows. At the same time, users and customers will be able to import live Xero data into Claude.ai for analysis and business planning purposes.

This partnership represents a significant milestone as it allows Xero’s user base to interact with their financial data within an advanced AI platform for the first time.

Bidirectional Integration Focuses on Financial Workflows

Within Xero, Claude will assist in managing tasks that range from accounting and payroll to payments. It is expected to facilitate revenue and profit analysis, real-time cash flow monitoring, and help identify unpaid invoices with actionable suggestions for business owners and their advisors.

On the other side of the partnership, users can leverage Xero data in conjunction with external inputs like market trends or business plans within Claude.ai.
