Razorpay, an Indian-based platform for omnichannel payments and banking, recently unveiled two AI-driven products at its annual FTX’26 event. These include the Razorpay Agent Studio, a B2B marketplace and building platform for payment and business banking, and the Razorpay Agentic Experience Platform, which is an AI-focused layer meant to streamline onboarding, integration, and management of payment operations.
Both products utilize the Claude Agent SDK from Anthropic for their development. The Agent Studio serves as a marketplace where businesses can deploy tailored AI agents to address specific commerce challenges without having to integrate separate tools. Several initial agents are already available, including an Abandoned Cart Conversion Agent, a Dispute Responder Agent, a Subscription Recovery Agent developed with ElevenLabs, and a Cashflow Forecaster Agent.
Agentic Experience Platform and streamlined onboarding
The Agentic Experience Platform introduces three key features. Agentic Onboarding significantly reduces the time needed to onboard merchants—from 30 to 45 minutes down to around five minutes—by automating identity verification using government infrastructure. The Agentic Dashboard allows merchants to manage payment operations through natural language, such as uploading a bank statement and requesting immediate reconciliation against Razorpay settlements. Additionally, the Agentic Integration tool enables quick integration of Razorpay into AI coding environments like Claude Code or no-code platforms like Replit within less than ten minutes.
The Agent Studio also features a no-code agent builder that lets businesses create custom agents by simply describing tasks in plain English and selecting the systems these agents should access. Razorpay has integrated the platform with multiple third-party services including Shopify, WhatsApp, Shiprocket, Slack, QuickBooks, among others, to give agents a wider operational context.
In addition to expanding agentic commerce into app-based flows across platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, PVR Inox, and Vodafone Idea, allowing customers to discover, decide, and pay through a single conversational interface.
Harshil Mathur, Co-founder and CEO of Razorpay, noted that the Agent Studio enables businesses to deploy AI agents for monitoring revenue flows, resolving payment issues, and unlocking insights across numerous transactions in real time. Irina Ghose, Managing Director of Anthropic India, added that this collaboration showcases how AI agents can effectively address real commerce challenges when embedded within a business’s operations.
