Ecommerce technology company Rokt has announced that PayPal uses its services to enhance post-transaction engagement on platforms like PayPal and Venmo.

Through this partnership, Rokt helps PayPal display targeted advertisements following P2P transactions on ‘Thank You’ pages. The integration also applies to merchant confirmation pages via Honey.

The program is currently live in the US, with plans for an international rollout in summer 2026.

Rokt’s advanced machine learning service can provide customers with relevant offers post-transaction, thereby increasing both value and engagement. According to Rokt officials, this personalized approach on PayPal and Venmo surfaces will offer a smarter experience for consumers while delivering measurable results for advertisers.

With the collaboration between Rokt and PayPal, brands can benefit from Rokt’s AI-enabled Brain, which evaluates behavioral, transactional, and contextual signals in real time to deliver the best offers. This also enables both PayPal and Venmo users to receive relevant offers from various brands such as Grubhub and Walmart.

Rokt and Targeted Ad Campaigns

As part of this integration, PayPal will run targeted ad campaigns through Rokt’s network using services like Rokt Thanks. This step is aimed at scaling customer acquisition efforts.

According to Rokt data, its network is poised to handle over 7.5 billion transactions in 2025 across diverse ecommerce sectors.
