Noah has teamed up with Sumsub to enhance its identity verification and fraud prevention features within its financial infrastructure platform.

The partnership is anticipated to link Noah’s payment channels and virtual account systems with Sumsub’s validation technology.

Through this integration, businesses utilizing Noah’s services could benefit from automated ID verification, screening tools, and standardized Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks for user onboarding in various regions.

Reducing verification hassles with a reusable identity framework

As per the official press release, this collaboration will introduce a flexible identity layer allowing users to seamlessly transition between Noah-supported platforms without re-uploading documents or undergoing repeated live video checks. When an individual has been validated through Sumsub’s network, their verified data can be securely shared with other platforms and applications upon obtaining user consent.

Meanwhile, Noah will maintain regulatory oversight throughout the entire verification process, including when using reusable identity solutions. Every onboarding procedure is intended to initiate new sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screenings, ensuring independent risk assessments are conducted by Noah regardless of whether data is reused from Sumsub’s network.

Users must give explicit permission before their verified profiles can be shared among different platforms. While Sumsub will supply validated identity details, Noah will carry out its own compliance checks to ensure adherence to regional regulatory standards. Additionally, the reusable identity framework is expected to align with the implementation of government-grade digital identity wallets in Europe.

Both organizations aim to provide an onboarding and compliance system tailored for multi-jurisdictional operations and designed to support high-growth scenarios across diverse regulatory environments. They will continue to focus on fulfilling clients’ and users’ needs while ensuring ongoing compliance with industry regulations and laws.
