Nine airlines within the Lufthansa Group are set to adopt Amadeus Nevio’s AI-powered, secure, and flexible solutions for personalized sales, order management, and delivery processes. This initiative is designed to deliver a unified view of orders throughout the customer journey, thereby improving service quality.
The implementation of Delivery Management is anticipated to refine passenger experiences through data-driven systems that enable tailored services and operational efficiency. This module integrates seamlessly with Amadeus Nevio Offer and Order Management solutions to ensure secure and effective operations.
Enhancing Offer Security and Personalization
Lufthansa Group plans to merge its content with partners’ offerings into a more secure, personalized service package that aligns with traveler needs throughout their journey. This approach is expected to optimize the overall experience in line with customer expectations.
