Comviva commends the partnership, highlighting that it brings mobiquity® Pay, their cloud-ready platform designed for rapid growth. This platform aims to assist financial institutions in the Middle East by offering streamlined digital experiences that promote both scale and financial inclusion.

Global Pay supports secure and efficient local and international transactions, certified under PCI-DSS standards. By adhering to stringent security protocols, Global Money Exchange is confident that the app will be widely adopted by the Omani community, both domestically and internationally. The application facilitates easy payment of utility bills and educational fees without requiring a bank account, thus enhancing overall financial accessibility.

Merchants can now accept QR code payments from customers using any bank or service provider in Oman through this platform, ensuring seamless integration across the entire payment ecosystem. This move aligns with Oman’s broader vision to foster a cashless economy, with further enhancements being planned for future use by customers.

Ahead of its peers, Global Money Exchange has become one of the first money exchange firms in Oman to secure a PSP license.
