Flywire, a global payment platform, has collaborated with UBION, an education technology provider from Korea, to enhance the process of paying tuition fees for international students.
The integration of Flywire’s cross-border payment system into UBION’s services now enables parents to settle educational expenses in their local currencies. This platform supports over 140 currencies and multiple payment methods, offering a convenient solution.
With this new arrangement, international students can benefit from simplified financial transactions without the complications of cross-border payments. The integrated system also helps reduce administrative burdens for educational institutions by providing real-time tracking, automated reconciliation, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Institutions gain access to multilingual customer support and leverage Flywire’s robust compliance and security frameworks to mitigate risks such as fraud and AML breaches. Flywire is publicly traded on Nasdaq with the ticker symbol FLYW and operates in over 240 countries.
