In 2025, NCR Atleos and Epirus Bank embarked on a collaboration aimed at modernizing the ATM network in Greece and enhancing nationwide cash accessibility.

Through this partnership, Atleos will provide an ATM as a Service (ATMaaS) model along with Cashzone resources to create a unified branded retail network for Epirus Bank. This strategic alliance is designed to help the bank cut costs, strengthen its national presence, and improve customer experiences.

Modernizing the ATM Network

The key components of Atleos’ service include location selection, installation, maintenance, and operational support for ATMs. This arrangement allows Epirus Bank to concentrate on long-term sustainability and optimizing its customer journey.

Atleos views this partnership as a step towards growth and modernization in the banking sector. The company emphasizes its role in offering flexible and efficient solutions that cater to evolving customer demands while also managing operational costs effectively.

Enhancing Customer Convenience

The initiative is scheduled to take place over three months, with the goal of introducing new ATMs in strategic locations. These machines will be branded jointly by Epirus Bank and Cashzone, ensuring that customers enjoy improved services from both brands.

Epirus Bank expresses optimism about this collaboration, stating its choice of Atleos is based on the company’s experience in expanding self-service financial access for various sectors. This move aligns with Epirus Bank’s broader strategy to expand across Greece, offering simpler and faster banking solutions.

With a commitment to regulatory compliance, Epirus Bank continues to prioritize security and convenience in its operations. The partnership with Atleos aims to broaden the bank’s reach while ensuring customers have access to cash when needed.
