Akurateco has joined forces with enza, an African payments company, to enhance the delivery of digital payment services across the continent.

Under this strategic agreement, Akurateco will supply its white-label payment orchestration platform, serving as a cornerstone for enza’s initiatives aimed at increasing financial service access and simplifying digital transactions.

enza is a fintech venture from the EMP Group team, dedicated to fostering an integrated and accessible payment ecosystem in Africa. Operating in over 40 countries, enza seeks to promote Embedded Finance adoption, enhance cross-border transaction capabilities, and create new revenue streams for financial institutions.

Through the use of Akurateco’s PCI DSS-compliant platform, enza anticipates a significant reduction in both time and resource investment needed to launch its services. The infrastructure-as-a-service model will enable enza to focus more on customer-centric advancements rather than developing core payment systems from scratch, thereby accelerating market expansion.

Enza officials highlighted that this technical partnership is in line with their objectives of offering both merchants and consumers greater flexibility and reliability in transactions. The collaboration is also expected to contribute to enza’s broader aims for financial inclusion and innovation on the continent.

Akurateco representatives viewed the partnership as integral to its broader mission of supporting economic growth in underbanked regions by providing essential technical infrastructure for modern payment systems. They noted that Africa’s transition towards digital finance would be highly dependent on flexible and scalable platforms capable of catering to a diverse market.
