Adyen’s Current Engagement with LVMH

About 50 of LVMH’s Maisons, spanning fashion and leather goods, hospitality, watches and jewelry, beauty, and department stores, are currently implementing Adyen’s solutions.

Adyen’s Role in Unifying Payment Systems at LVMH

In 2020, LVMH chose Adyen as its global payment partner to unify in-store and online payment infrastructures and enhance customer experience by streamlining processes.

LVMH aims to standardize best practices while preserving the unique character of each Maison. The goal is a simplified and seamless user journey through a single provider that covers all channels, geographies, and payment methods.

Benefits Realized Through Adyen’s Implementation

Adyen’s solutions have already delivered several benefits at LVMH, including optimized in-store experiences using mobile terminals and Tap to Pay technology. The initiative has also reduced manual input, automated reconciliation processes, and simplified end-of-day routines.

The project is now operational across Europe, APAC, and the Americas with over 1,000 launches, offering boutique-to-boutique support customized to each Maison’s needs.

LVMH and Adyen’s Vision for Customer Experience

This unification effort aims to expand across more Maisons, reinforcing a shared goal of delivering an efficient, seamless, and global payment experience. Both companies are also focused on improving every touchpoint in LVMH’s retail environment to ensure optimal customer journeys.
