NuPoint Platform Meets Commercial and Retail Banking Demands

Forte Bank, known for its commercial lending and small business banking alongside consumer services, selected CSI after evaluating various technology needs. The primary motivation was to attract younger customers through advanced digital experiences while improving service delivery to existing clients.

The NuPoint platform will offer Forte Bank expanded capabilities in commercial banking, such as tools for profitability analysis, flexible pricing options, and a unified view of customer relationships across the bank. These features are aimed at enabling more tailored product offerings and improved client interactions.

For its digital banking needs, Forte Bank will rely on CSI’s Apiture platform, which is based on an API-first design. This approach facilitates quicker implementation of new functionalities and shorter development cycles for updates. The Apiture solution can be used independently or fully integrated with NuPoint, and Forte Bank has chosen the latter option.
