Adyen, a leading payment technology provider, has partnered with Raptor, a Point of Sale (POS) system for hospitality businesses in the Asia-Pacific region, to enhance payment solutions specifically in Singapore.

Through this collaboration, Raptor is now leveraging Adyen’s Platforms technology to deliver better payment experiences to its users. With embedded payments growing increasingly important for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), 75% of Singaporean businesses report that managing payments across multiple channels poses a significant challenge, according to a YouGov survey commissioned by Adyen.

Streamlining Operations in the Service Sector

By integrating payments directly into its POS offerings, Raptor can help its clients generate consolidated payment reports. This feature enables businesses to gain insights into their customers’ cross-channel journeys and payment preferences. The survey by YouGov also indicates that 29% of Singaporean SMEs consider support for a variety of payment methods as a crucial benefit offered by software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.

For two decades, Raptor has been committed to using technology as a key differentiator. Integrating payments into its solutions was identified as the next strategic step in its development plan. The partnership with Adyen enables it to align operations more closely with financial functions, offering SMEs a unified payment platform that can drive their growth.

Adyen notes that partnering with Raptor expands its reach into a broader network of businesses throughout the region. As traditional service providers transition into fintech firms, they not only retain existing users but also foster a more scalable and resilient merchant ecosystem.

One example of how Raptor’s embedded payments solution is benefiting customers is Natureland, a Singapore-based massage and wellness spa company. In 2026, Natureland plans to launch an online reservation system across its 15 locations island-wide, allowing customers to secure bookings with deposits using their preferred payment methods, supported by Adyen’s global and local payment options.

Natureland is looking to bolster its payment infrastructure, and working with Raptor aligns with this goal. The partnership will help the company in its digital transformation efforts while ensuring customers have a secure and convenient way to pay at all outlets.
