Visa, a digital payments provider, has launched its Fleet 2.0 program with the involvement of 15 partners, aiming to enhance innovation in fleet and B2B mobility payment solutions globally.
Supporting B2B Payments through Enhanced Solutions
The Visa Fleet 2.0 card offers a unified solution that provides increased flexibility, universal acceptance, real-time tracking, and comprehensive analytics. This product was developed to tackle various legacy issues and complexities within the fleet management industry, as drivers often express dissatisfaction with current payment solutions due to their lack of integration and unity.
Enhanced Offerings and Reduced Operational Complexity
Visa aims to provide digital fleet payments that will increase financial flexibility for both managers and drivers, simplifying operations by consolidating multiple cards into a single credential. By partnering with Visa, companies can expand their offerings, streamline operational processes, and unlock additional revenue streams.
This initiative also supports the introduction of innovative digital solutions that offer more choices and security through collaboration with partners from across Europe, such as Cardlay, Carpay-Diem, Enfuce, Episode Six, Froda, G4S Telematix, Mynt, Nuek, Picafuel, Plan A, Pliant, RecieptHero, Stacc, The ai Corporation, and XXimo. These partners have joined Visa’s Ready for Fleet program since the beginning of 2025, providing them with tools, frameworks, and validation to ensure their solutions meet Visa’s standards in terms of functionality, integration, and security.
In related news, Visa recently introduced Google Pay integration with Fleet Cards, enabling tokenization and push-to-wallet features across the digital wallet ecosystem. This move was designed to address the issue of fleet data tags being tied to the plastic card chip, allowing for custom data tags to be configured during the tokenization process by issuers, fintechs, or processors.
