ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions has introduced Worldline Pay by Link, a new payment method that offers both security and convenience for online and physical transactions.

How It Works

Users can apply online and once their application is approved and set up, they can log into the ANZ Worldline Merchant Portal to generate a unique payment link. This process does not require any coding or integration, as users simply copy the link and share it via text message, chat, or email. Additionally, merchants have the option to enable surcharging to recover their costs of acceptance.

Payment Methods

Worldline Pay by Link accepts a wide range of payment methods including eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, AMEX, JCB, Alipay+, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. This flexibility allows users to choose their preferred payment method.

Safety and Security

ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions understands the concerns related to clicking links due to scams and financial frauds. However, they believe that customers should expect a link from the business before making any transactions. The shared link will reference ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions, making it clear and safe for customers.

Customization

Merchants can personalize the payment page displayed when the link is opened with their brand’s colors, logo, and detailed order descriptions. Transactions are authenticated in real-time using 3D Secure 2 to manage chargeback risks and fraudulent transactions.

Support for Merchants

Through this launch, ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions supports merchants by providing a wider range of secure payment options, ensuring that they can accept any preferred payment from their customers. Worldline Pay by Link will be available as a standalone solution or integrated into the ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions’ ecommerce gateway, Worldline Global Online Pay.
