Crypto payments infrastructure provider Mesh has acquired additional investment from firms such as PayPal Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Uphold, and ByBit.

Mesh did not disclose the specific size of this latest round but confirmed that total funding now surpasses USD 130 million. This new capital comes five months after Mesh raised USD 82 million in a Series B round led by Paradigm, bringing its total raised to over USD 120 million. The most recent round is estimated to be at least USD 10 million.

Funding Details and Uses

Part of the funding was provided through PayPal’s stablecoin, PYUSD, using Mesh’s own technology for immediate transfers. This highlights how Mesh supports stablecoin-based settlement for enterprise clients.

Meshe, established in 2020, develops infrastructure that enables businesses to integrate cryptocurrency payment options into their applications. Its system allows consumers to make purchases with over 100 different cryptocurrencies held in connected wallets or exchanges, while merchants can opt to receive payments in stablecoins or traditional currencies. The company describes its proprietary technology as addressing the challenge of currency mismatches between buyers and sellers.

Meshe has integrated with large exchanges such as Coinbase, Binance, ByBit, and OKX, giving it extensive technical reach into significant user bases. It also supports PayPal’s Pay with Crypto service and recently added functionality for Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin. According to company representatives, the latest funding will be used to enhance product development, scale application programming interfaces, and expand support for additional crypto and payments platforms.

Meshe officials compared their long-term vision to that of Visa and Mastercard in card payments, aiming to create a global network for digital assets. However, they did not provide details on transaction volumes, growth figures, staffing levels, or if investors have taken board positions.
