Under the terms of this new partnership, Cryptomathic’s e-signature solution, Signer, will supply remote qualified electronic signing and sealing technology to Connective’s multi-jurisdictional e-signature platform. This allows signatories from different countries to remotely co-sign documents and transactions in accordance with their local regulations.

This covers key e-signature laws such as eIDAS (Europe), ZertES (Switzerland), along with additional e-signature requirements from Singapore, the United States, and other regions. The partnership also involves BE-YS, a Certification Authority and Qualified Trust Services Provider specializing in managed services that comply with eIDAS, GDPR, and PCI standards within a privately held data centre.

The solution can be offered either as a trust service or as a managed service using multi-tenant, multi-policy models.
