With just a few clicks, users can enter the amount they wish to transfer, choose the recipient’s bank account, and specify which friends will be involved in the transaction. This functionality leverages Open Banking through a collaboration with Yapily, an Open Banking provider.

As a peer-to-peer (P2P) feature, money can only be sent or requested by users who have installed Emma. Currently, this service is available for transactions between individuals within the UK. Future updates are planned to include a QR code option in the P2P payments section.
