Starting in late 2022, Crypto payments will be introduced for all FARFETCH customers based in the United States, UK, and Europe. More countries are expected to follow.

Initially, FARFETCH will accept seven cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), among others. This decision builds on previous initiatives where cryptocurrency payments were launched at select retail stores of the FARFETCH Group in March 2022. For instance, Browns and Off-White flagship stores are already accepting crypto, with plans to expand to additional locations like Palm Angels in Milan.

Working With Lunu

This includes POS terminals for in-store transactions and an online widget designed to facilitate seamless crypto payments. The partnership aims to provide this capability not only to FARFETCH but also to the broader community of boutiques and brands that wish to embrace cryptocurrency as a payment option.

With operations in more than 50 countries and reaching over 190 countries and territories, Farfetch continues to innovate within the luxury industry.
